CARON's luxury image has always remained firmly attached to the perfume house, making its mark in some of the most prestigious corners of the Paris capital. After its beginnings in the Rue de la Paix and the sumptuous salons on Place Vendôme, CARON finally settles at 34, Avenue Montaigne in the 1980s to become a genuine temple to perfumery. The celebrated Crystal Fountains, invented by Baccarat, that contain the mysterious formulae behind some of the most precious Caron fragrances, offer customers the enjoyment of filling their bottles directly from the fountain, according to personal whim.
The second of CARON's Paris boutiques, opened in autumn 2000, is also located in an exceptional setting at 90, Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, opposite the Élysée Palace.
Today CARON perpetuates the creation of dreams in its boutiques, offering, in addition to the CARON range and its 12 legendary fragrances encased in fountains, a selection of exquisite accessories: crystal objects, limited edition bottles, porcelain boxes, shagreen-covered items.
True to the French High Perfumery tradition, together compiling a heritage catalogue, thirty-five perfumes run the full gamut of the emotions and sensations in an exploration of elegance.
