Richard Fraysse, Master Perfumer for the House of Caron, quite enchanted with the melding, sparkling notes of the Yuzu, performed a feat of great originality in composing the first of CARON's Hesperidean male fragrances: YUZU. With his subtle, sparing use of the startling, fresh notes of the Japanese Yuzu, he succeeded in achieving the ideal balance, enveloping his star ingredient in notes of Indian Verbena, Indonesian Basil, Provencal Fig, Australian Sandalwood and Atlas Cedarwood: a Fragrance that derives its full strength and richness from the diverse array of constituent natural essences, rigorously selected from around the world.
