How do I know if my order has been processed?
After placing an order, you will receive an confirmation email with your order summary. If you do not receive it, your order may not have been received. To verify, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling: 1-800-557-4986 (Monday through Friday from 9 to 17).
If you still don't have received the confirmation email the following day of your order validation, you would need to check your spam folder.

How to track my order?
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Tracking is then accessible on the carrier's website the day after your package has been shipped.

After validating your payment, it is not possible anymore to edit or cancel your order.

Can I exchange a product ?
For all exchange requests, please follow the procedure of returns and refunds and to place a new order on our website www.parfumscaron.com.

How can I return the products I ordered?
From receiving your order, you have a 14 days delay to send us back the product you wish to be refunded following the conditions below :
- Only the products bought subscribing the option "Home delivery" are eligible to be returned.
- It is not necessary to send back your overall order. You will get refunded for the reurned product.
- We cannot accept items if they are not in perfect conditions, in their original packaging and not used to get refunded.
To process a return, please click on Your account / Your returns, select the item(s) to return and print your return coupon to include in your package for delivery.
The refund only concerns returned products and standard delivery charges such as Colissimo.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. After receiving your return, we undertake to refund you within 15 days.
