Autant l'odeur que le design , les petits échantillons et même l'envois tout fut parfait.

L’ho usato x quasi 30 anni e poi non riuscivo più a trovarlo a Roma dove vivo. Scopro ora che si ritrova con stessa fragranza che io adoro . Una bellissima sorpresa ! Il Mio preferito !!!

I remember the first time a smelled this scent in Dubai Mall Caron stores in 2015. After that I remembered every details of that trip whenever I wear it and go around. It is deep, warm, and elegant to wear at any time. Never failed me.

In 1999 ( maybe in 2000...? ) phenomenal polish model Malgosia Bela, who was then beginning to conquer the world's catwalks and magazine covers - brought perfume samples from France. Malgosia's mother, was working with my Mom at the time. And she gave her some of these samples, to pass on to me.
Among the samples - a fragrance that I later searched unsuccessfully for more than 20 years. Over time, I let go of the intensity of the search, but there was no trip ( and I visited, thanks to good fortune, a large chunk of the world) that I would not look for it at duty-free and drugstores.

During our Paris Easter trip last year it turned out that we live literally "just around the corner" next to a Caron perfumery....

I went. I could no longer remember the name. I described the fragrance.

Out of dozens of fragrances, the phenomenal saleswoman gave me the right one on the third try.... A fragrance created in 1922! In an unchanged recipe to this day.

This is my "scent of life". The only one. The only one in the world.
I recognized it - I swear - as soon as the saleswoman opened the flacon.
