Launched in 1932, En Avion is one of CARON’s great classics. The original fragrance has been faithfully recreated by the In-House perfumer. It is available exclusively on the CARON website and in our Paris boutique.

In 1932, the world was captivated by the daring feats of the pioneers of aviation.
Ernest Daltroff, CARON’s founder and perfumer, was inspired by Hélène Boucher, a famous stunt pilot and close friend of Félicie. Fascinated by her free spirit and courage, he wanted to give her the breath she needed for her fearless races and daring aerobatics.
As a tribute to this daring young woman, he composed En Avion, a spicy floral fragrance with oriental notes. Decorated with a compass and a compass rose, the bottle embodies the spirit of adventure. A symbol of freedom and conquest, this fragrance invites the wearer to travel and explore.
