Named after a Turkish sabre, this unexpected aromatic woody fragrance is an invitation to follow in the stead of Ottoman horsemen. The spicy patchouli, wood and musk accord reveals a temperament in keeping with this imaginary tableau: bewitching, surprising, warm and bold.

On my eighteenth birthday I walked into Bullock’s Wilshire in Los Angeles California and purchased my first bottle of Yatagan by Caron. Many, many moons (and bottles) ago.
