Order tracking

1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is prepared and shipped, you’ll be provided with a tracking number via email. This number will allow you to track your order via the shipper.

You can find this tracking number in the “My account/my orders” section.


Refunds and exchanges

1. I would like to return my order. How do I do this?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order or if it is defective, you can return your products to us. You have 14 days to do this. We do not accept returns for customised products.

The cost of returning the products is at the customer’s charge, except in the event that the products delivered do not conform to the order. In this case, the cost to return the items will be paid by Parfums CARON. We do not accept parcels whose postage has not been paid.

To let us know that you want to return a product, please contact our Customer Service at the following address: contact@parfumscaron.com. We will inform you of the procedure to follow as soon as possible.

All risks related to product returns are at the customer’s expense. We recommend that you choose an option with package tracking to avoid any issues like loss or theft.

2. Is it possible to exchange a product? 

It is currently not possible to directly exchange a product. If you would like to do this, we recommend first returning your product. You can then place a new order. Our customer service department is available to help you with this: contact@parfumscaron.com
